and maintenance requirements.

Our aim is a working resolution, not
just a hardware swap out. Excellent first line problem determination,
our ability to look at the network as a whole and high quality
on site engineering skills backed by responsive/logistics support,
ensures total ownership at all times.
Across the UK, dependent on specific contractual requirements,
24 hour coverage 7 days a week is offered for hardware support
with on-site engineering response and fix times throughout this
time period. Calls are technically qualified by the Support
Centre and, if necessary, passed to a fully trained Customer
Engineer who is available to assist with on-site hardware fault
resolution.
